• Cancellations made with more than 12 hours notice will incur a $30 administration fee. The remaining balance can be refunded or held as credit.
• Cancellations made with 12 hours or less notice will incur a $90 administration fee. The remaining balance can be refunded or held as credit.
• If we arrive at the inspection site and cannot complete the inspection due to circumstances beyond our control, the full inspection fee will still be charged.
